How to crack GRE

Before moving towards GRE, I would like to explain that what is GRE and what parts/sections it includes. If you know this then you may move further.
GRE is a Graduate Record Examination which is organized to get admissions for Graduate or Post Graduate Courses in Foreign Universities.
GRE Examination is basically based on two main sections - 1) English and 2) Maths. English has six subparts named as 1) Reasoning 2) Analogies 3) Synonyms and Antonyms 4) Sentence Completion 5) RC's or Reading Comprehensions and 6) Analytical writing, this has two subparts in it 1) IBT (Issue Based Task) and ABT (Argument Based Task). And Maths have only Maths in it but for simplification we can divide it into four parts and which are as follows 1) Algebra 2) Geometry 3) Data Interpretation and 4) Arithmetic.
You may prepare for GRE in just two months dedicatedly. The book I will recommend you will be Barron's and R.S Aggarwal. These both books are not sufficient and will cover around 70% part and rest you have to do efforts by yourself. Barron's will cover both English and Maths part and R.S Aggarwal will cover Maths part only. Class notes also play important role if you have any or you manage that by your friends because that notes may cover around 15-20% part from the remaining 30%.
Initializing towards preparation part, I would like to recommend you that always start from WORDLISTS. Hardly, there are around 50 wordlists and in every wordlists there are approximate 70 words. I refer 2 wordlist daily, one in the morning and one in the eve and in night just recall both wordlists. Make some categories of synonyms (that is of similar words), this will help to remember the words easily. Daily 10 categories is must at minimum.
The wordlist and category part play an important role to make us familiar with some heavy English words which will definitely help us in the exams and in the preparations for the exam because if you will not understand the words then how you will understand and solve the question.
These wordlist+category part will take hardly 25 days. After that you may proceed solving the sentence completions and Analogies part. This will take a week or 10 days approx depending on your hard work and capabilities and after SC's and Analogies you may proceed Reading Comprehension part which also need a week of practice. After RC's you proceed towards Analytical writing part which includes minimum of around 10 days of practice, you may now start with Maths part with this. Analytical writing has two parts IBT and ABT. IBT is based on issue's given and on that we have to write something, it is just like an essay. And ABT is basically based on argument that we have to do on any particular topic given at that time. In this we have to take one side of the topic like a lawyer and think like that only. These IBT's and ABT's also have a format which I will discuss with you very soon providing you some important material related to GRE.
Start maths from any where but do atleast Barron's honestly and if you have time you may proceed further with those topics listed in Barron's in the other books for more practice as Barron's only have just few examples of the topics which is not that sufficient.
After following all these steps you have to practice for online test as much as you can. Practicing will definitely help you in exams because that will make us familiar to give tests online and that too if the time is running behind us like a BULL.
If you have plenty of time then also follow the same steps but this time you can give an extra time towards each section.
And for the DATE, I suggest you to take a GRE Exam Date when you complete your wordlist and analogy part, that is atleast before one and half months approx and remember, GRE dates can be taken only by credit cards, so just find someone for that.
GRE has many test centers around the world and you may select any one nearest from that. For more details log on to the official website of GRE www.ets.org/gre/
fter GRE TOEFL is must to give. One may need only 2 weeks to prepare for this as this is much simpler.

Friends.. If you have any doubt's or quetion's regarding preparation thing or GRE then just throw them towards me, I will try to solve them ASAP.
